4. Certified Training Deliverables

The Breeder guarantees the puppy has completed a structured training program. At the time of handover, the puppy can perform the following skills:

  • Crate Training: Sleeps through the night in a crate without messing.

  • House Training: Understands the designated potty area. Minimal accidents under strict supervision.

  • Basic Obedience: Responds reliably to verbal cues for Sit, Down, Stay, Come, and Place.

  • Leash Manners: Walks on a loose leash without severe pulling.

  • Socialization: Exposed safely to vehicles, various handling techniques, and common household noises.

5. Transition and Handover Protocol

  • Handover Session: The Breeder will provide a mandatory instructional handover (In Person or Through Facetime) session for the Buyer.

  • Buyer Commitment: The Buyer must attend this session to learn the specific commands, hand signals, and correction timing used during training. In Person or through scheduled facetime.

  • No Guarantee Modification: The Breeder cannot guarantee the puppy will perform perfectly if the Buyer fails to maintain consistent rules and boundaries.

6. Health and Genetic Guarantees

  • Health Status: The puppy is current on age-appropriate vaccines, deworming, and vet checks. Records will be provided.

  • Genetic Guarantee: The Breeder provides guarantee against life-threatening genetic defects.

  • Replacement Policy: If a genetic defect is proven by a licensed vet, the Breeder will offer a replacement puppy from a future litter. Cash refunds are not provided.

7. Buyer Obligations and Safeguards

  • Veterinary Care: The Buyer agrees to maintain regular vet visits, structural health care, and recommended vaccine schedules.

  • Retraining/Maintenance: The Buyer acknowledges that puppies require lifelong reinforcement to maintain their training.

  • First Right of Refusal: If the Buyer can no longer keep the dog, the dog must return to the Breeder. The Buyer shall never surrender the dog to a shelter or rescue group.
